Abstract
Scope of the technical specification is to create a BIM data model for lifts and to describe impact of ISO 19650-1:2018 and current building industry market trends to the building information model (BIM) related to lifts. The technical specification should contain: • BIM model for lifts • Proposal for the level of details (LOD) satisfying the lifecycle requirements • Proposal for what information should be included from the equipment • Estimation about impacts for the industry
