Alcance
The CSC/OVE:- Reports to the Council;
- Reviews ISO's governance structure, policies and procedures
- Reviews adequacy of the implementation of the ISO policies and procedures
- Assesses the performance of Council (body and members)
- Develops and maintains a code of conduct for ISO governance and management
- Reviews the conduct of the Secretary-General and ISO Central Secretariat staff
- Reviews any concerns reported in confidence by ISO Central Secretariat staff.
